Q1 2026 throughput numbers for the Tuas workshop are now closed. Average bay turn-around for scheduled service: 4.6 hours.
First-time-fix rate on warranty determinations: 94%. Parts pull rate from the on-shelf inventory: 87% — the remaining 13% were sourced via the 48-hour replenishment channel, with two cases requiring air-freight from Changchun.
