Privacy notice

This notice describes how STARRAY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202426836W) collects, uses, and discloses personal data under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Identifying information you submit via the quote form, contact form, or email — typically name, role, company, email, and phone.
• Vehicle context — model interest, fleet use case, expected operating distance and timeline.
• Business context (UEN, ACRA bizfile) — only when you proceed to a financing application.
• Server-side technical data — IP, user agent — for the purpose of operating the site and preventing abuse.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry with a written quotation and assign an account manager.
• To coordinate financing applications with our banking partners, with your consent.
• To send transactional follow-ups about your enquiry. We don't add you to a marketing mailing list.

Who sees it

Your data is accessed only by FAW Singapore staff working on your enquiry, and — for financing applications — by the bank desk you have asked us to introduce you to. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third-party marketing platforms.

How long we hold it

• Active enquiries: until 90 days after the last interaction, then archived.
• Archived enquiries: up to 5 years, for warranty / service traceability.
• Financing paperwork: per the bank's retention policy plus our regulatory requirement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the data we hold on you. Email privacy@fawtrucks.sg with the subject line "PDPA request".
